Data deletion instructions

Effective July 16, 2026

Facebook Login does not create an Agentic account. If your Facebook email never matched an existing operator, Agentic did not provision or retain a new user record.

Remove Facebook access

1. Open Facebook Settings and select Apps and Websites.
2. Find “Agentic Services Group Login”.
3. Select Remove and confirm.

This revokes Facebook’s authorization for future sign-ins.

Request deletion of Agentic operator data

1. Contact the Agentic administrator who invited or manages your operator account.
2. Identify the email address used by that Agentic account.
3. Ask for the account and associated operator data to be deleted, subject to applicable legal and organizational retention requirements.

What happens next

The administrator will verify the request, deactivate access and coordinate deletion of eligible operator data. Authentication codes and Facebook access tokens are transient and are not stored by Agentic.
