Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
Facebook Login is used only to sign existing Agentic operators in. It never creates a new Agentic account.
Information used for Facebook Login
When an authorized operator chooses Facebook Login, Agentic receives the Facebook user identifier and verified primary email needed to authenticate the request and match it to an existing Agentic operator account.
How the information is used
- Verify the identity of an existing Agentic operator.
- Reject access when no active Agentic account matches the Facebook email.
- Protect the workspace from unauthorized access and investigate authentication failures.
Facebook data is not used to create accounts, advertise to users, build marketing profiles, or sell personal information.
Storage and retention
The Facebook authorization code and access token are used transiently during sign-in and are not stored by Agentic. The existing Agentic operator account and its normal security session remain subject to the organization’s access and retention controls.
Sharing and security
Authentication data is processed by Meta and Agentic’s secured backend. It is not disclosed to unrelated third parties. Agentic uses encrypted transport, short-lived access tokens and administrator-controlled operator accounts.
Your choices
You can remove Agentic from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings and request removal of your Agentic operator data through the administrator who provided your workspace access. See the data deletion instructions.
Questions
Privacy and access questions should be directed to the Agentic Services Group administrator responsible for your operator account.
